How to proceed?
- If you want to return your order, you can request a pre-paid return label to our support team (help@edgardcooper.com) within 14 days (beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods).
- Send your order back to us in a DPD parcelshop within 7 days after receiving the return label in its original, unopened state.
- Please allow 14 days for returns to be inspected and to show on your statement.
Return costs
The return shipping fee will automatically be deducted from your refund.
