Initially our Foundation was supporting projects focused on dogs, but we are working on finding more projects that are aligned with our mission and goals and allow us to support our furry feline friends too.
There is not an exact split between cat and dog projects yet. It all depends on the proposed project, the amount of dogs/cats the Foundation can help and the need for help.
Right now, we have a ‘dog only’ project in Afghanistan eradicating rabies. But we also support pawsome projects in Bolivia and Chile with the Humane Society International, a TVNR (trap, vaccinate, neuter and release) project in Georgia with Mayhew International and the People for Animals initiative in India – all of which benefit both dogs and cats.
