If you order outside of the EU and the UK, such as Switzerland, a DAP surcharge may apply. 

A DAP surcharge is a surcharge for shipments outside the European Union when the import duties and taxes calculated by customs are borne by the recipient. In this case, the costs are passed on to the recipient and an administrative surcharge is charged to the sender (Edgard & Cooper).
